Please do not send passwords, passcodes, account credentials or other sensitive login information through this website, by email or in a form submission.

How Information Is Used

Information you submit is used to respond to your request — to answer questions, prepare a service quote, evaluate a device you would like to sell, discuss available inventory and follow up about your request.

Forms and Service Providers

The service and repair request form and the Sell Your Device form on this website are A1's own forms. When you submit one, the information you enter — including any photos or files you attach — is transmitted to and stored using A1's website backend infrastructure provider (Supabase), which provides the database and file storage used to hold submissions so A1 can review and respond to them. Submissions are stored privately and are not published or made publicly browsable.

A1 may also use an email delivery provider to send internal notifications about new submissions and confirmation emails to customers.

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may collect standard technical request information such as IP addresses and browser type as part of serving the site. A limited, non-identifying technical value derived from your request may be stored with a submission to limit automated spam.

Sharing

A1 does not sell the information you submit. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the website and process requests, such as the form and hosting providers described above, or where required by law.

Analytics and Advertising

A1 may add website analytics or advertising measurement tools in the future to understand how visitors use the site. If those tools are added, they may set cookies or collect usage information through your browser.
